Junior Developer – Remote (India)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Developer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in programming concepts, good problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

As a Junior Developer, you will work closely with senior developers, QA engineers, designers, and other team members to develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications. Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code Work on new features and improvements under the guidance of senior developers Debug and troubleshoot application issues Participate in code reviews and implement feedback from senior developers Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve software defects Participate in technical discussions and development meetings Maintain technical documentation and project-related records Follow coding standards, security practices, and software development best practices Assist with application testing and deployment activities Learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in Software Development, including internships or academic projects Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field Good understanding of at least one programming language such as: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Basic knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Basic understanding of REST APIs Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB Familiarity with Git and GitHub Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
