Junior Java Developer Remote (India)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java programming and a passion for learning new technologies while working on real-world applications.

This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in India.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code Work closely with senior developers and team members to implement features Debug, test, and optimize existing applications Participate in code reviews and team discussions Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies Follow best coding practices and development standards

Required Skills

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Core Java Understanding of OOP concepts Familiarity with JDBC, Collections, Exception Handling Basic knowledge of SQL & Databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL preferred) Understanding of REST APIs is a plus Familiarity with Git/GitHub Good problem-solving skills

Good to Have

Knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
