Junior Web Developer – Remote (India)

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Web Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of web development fundamentals and a strong desire to learn modern technologies while building responsive, high-performance websites and web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications Convert UI/UX designs into functional and interactive web pages Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility Integrate REST APIs and third-party services Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and QA teams Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions Maintain project documentation and development updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in web development (or strong academic/project experience) Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Basic understanding of React.js, Angular, or Vue.js Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or other CSS frameworks Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub Understanding of REST APIs Basic knowledge of MySQL or MongoDB Understanding of responsive web design principles Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Basic backend development knowledge (Node.js, PHP, Python, or Java) Familiarity with WordPress development Understanding of UI/UX best practices Knowledge of website optimization and SEO fundamentals Experience with deployment platforms such as Netlify, Vercel, or cPanel
