Junior Web Developer – Remote (India)

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Web Developer to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites and web applications.

As a Junior Web Developer, you will work closely with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to develop, maintain, and optimize web applications. You'll gain hands-on experience with modern web technologies, collaborate on real-world projects, and continuously enhance your technical skills in a supportive remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications Convert UI/UX designs into interactive and functional web pages Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code Build responsive layouts using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Assist in developing frontend features using modern JavaScript frameworks Integrate REST APIs and third-party services Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues Optimize websites for speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility Participate in code reviews and implement feedback Work closely with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers Maintain project documentation and technical reports Follow coding standards, security best practices, and development guidelines Stay updated with the latest web technologies and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in Web Development (internship, freelance, or academic projects are also considered) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Basic understanding of React.js, Angular, or Vue.js Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar CSS frameworks Basic understanding of responsive web design principles Familiarity with Git and GitHub Basic knowledge of REST APIs Understanding of MySQL or MongoDB Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment
