Leading US IT Company Hiring – Golang Developer | Phoenix, AZ, USA

We are seeking a talented Golang Developer to join a leading US IT company’s backend development team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable backend services and APIs using Go. This role requires strong expertise in Go’s concurrency model, RESTful API design, and working with relational databases. You will work within Agile teams and contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Experience (in years)

Minimum 2 years; up to 4 years preferred

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Go (Golang)
• Proficient in designing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels)
• Knowledge of Go testing frameworks and libraries such as Testify
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Couchbase) and Redis
• Familiarity with gRPC and event-driven architectures (Kafka)
• Exposure to observability tools like ELK Stack, Splunk, AppDynamics, or Grafana
• Collaboration experience with frontend teams (ReactJS, AngularJS)
• Background in Financial Services domain (preferred)
