A leading US IT company is actively seeking skilled Java Full Stack Developers with React to join their dynamic development teams across Hartford, CT; Tampa, FL; and Dallas, TX. As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will participate in the complete software development lifecycle—understanding business requirements, designing scalable solutions, coding, testing, deployment, and post-production support. You will build robust, scalable applications using modern technologies including Java, Spring Boot microservices, and ReactJS in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will collaborate with top-tier professionals and contribute to innovative software solutions for Fortune 500 clients and government contractors.

Experience (in years)

Minimum 2 years of hands-on software development experience; 2-3 years of React experience preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java, Core Java, and Spring Framework
• Minimum 2 years of Spring Boot microservices development experience
• Solid experience with ReactJS for frontend development (2-3 years preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate and JPA
• Proficient in SQL and working knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of API design and integration
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience debugging and supporting batch and online processes
• Familiarity with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
