Job Description

We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, with strong technical skills in configuration, customizations, and solution deployment. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM CPQ, Power Apps Portals, and a solid background in application lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration and Customization

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM environments using Plugins, JavaScripts, Custom Workflows, and Integration APIs. Develop and maintain Model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, and integrate with Azure services.

Technical Expertise

Utilize extensive knowledge of CRM CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Power Apps Portal. Develop and troubleshoot JavaScript and Plugins to enhance CRM functionality. Manage solution deployment processes and ensure smooth transitions from development to production.

Application Lifecycle Management

Oversee application lifecycle management activities, ensuring effective development, testing, and deployment of solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.

Collaboration and Communication

Demonstrate superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills. Provide advanced analytical and problem-solving support for CRM-related issues.

Required Skills

5 to 8 years of relevant experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration and customization. Proficiency in developing JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows, Integration APIs, webAPI, and WCF. Extensive experience with CRM CPQ and Power Apps Portals. Strong understanding of application lifecycle management. Proven ability in solution deployment and technical troubleshooting.

Good to Have Skills

Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Required: 8 to 10 years
