Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IDAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in CyberArk and Azure AD. The ideal candidate will design, develop, implement, and integrate identity and access management (IAM) frameworks, systems, and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain IAM solutions and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical IAM-related issues. Enhance IAM solutions to protect against evolving threats. Mentor team members on IAM best practices. Stay updated on current IAM threats and industry solutions. Review and enhance internal Knowledge Base, creating SOPs, Knowledge articles, HLD, LLD, RACI, RISK Matrix, Test scenarios, etc.

Required Qualifications

4-10 years of experience as an IDAM SME. Proficient in CyberArk and Azure AD. Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech or MCA. Strong knowledge of authentication standards and technologies. Extensive hands-on experience with IAM best practices and software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in a global delivery environment.
