Project background: Migrate from current AS400 systems to a singular, global instance of Oracle ERP – version 12.1.3. This migration encompasses one primary warehouse, a smaller secondary warehouse, one repair center, and two sales offices. The goal is to create a more unified and efficient system that will better support our company's needs. Please note that Oracle Warehouse Management is not required as part of this project. Key Responsibilities

• Work with Regal Rexnord Oracle function architect.
• Lead detailed scoping in related function areas.
• Align business requirements with Regal Rexnord solution template and

identify GAPs.

• Create functional design document: MD50 (function design) / CV55

(Data conversion).

• Create BR100 for setups.
• Identify data clean-up and work with the business team for data clean-

up.

• Work with business project leaders to plan and execute user training.
• Work with the business and Regal Rexnord security (SOX) team to

define user responsibilities.

• Work with Regal Rexnord technical development resources across global locations (India, US, etc.)
• Work with the business to build test cases and lead CRP / UAT testing.
• Issue resolution.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing / upgrading Oracle EBS modules of Inventory, Work In Process, Bills of Material, Costing, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) modules.
• Analyze and map business processes, provide GAP analysis, Setup / Configure Oracle EBS modules (listed above and includes writing BRxx documents) and design extensions to address them.
• Design RICE components to fulfil GAPs (includes writing MDxx documents) and assist technical team to develop, test and deploy them. Experience in Oracle Developer, Oracle Forms/Reports, SQL and PL/SQL, XML Publisher, and JDeveloper is a plus.
• Lead and manage activities to convert data from legacy to Oracle EBS (includes writing CVxx documents), performing data conversions for each milestone, incrementally reduce errors and conflicts in the data.
• Perform conference room pilots, user acceptance, cut-over, post go-live

support and other required activities for Oracle ERP implementation projects.

• Provide regular status update to business and IT stakeholders as per

the communication plan.

• Create Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and help to manage

timely resolution.

• Build productive relationships with IT Stakeholders (onsite as well as

offshore) and lead end users throughout the life cycle of the project.

• Proficiency in Oracle Databases 8i, 9i, 10g, and 11g; PL/SQL, and SQL

Developer / TOAD

• Working knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong self-management abilities, with a pronounced sense of urgency

and ownership.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate interactions
