Project background: Migrate from current AS400 systems to a singular, global instance of Oracle ERP – version 12.1.3. This migration encompasses one primary warehouse, a smaller secondary warehouse, one repair center, and two sales offices. The goal is to create a more unified and efficient system that will better support our company's needs. Please note that Oracle Warehouse Management is not required as part of this project.

Job overview: Oracle order management, warehouse and logistics, EDI consultant with a strong sense of urgency and ownership to join our team. The selected individual will collaborate closely with the RRX solution architect

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Regal Rexnord Oracle function architect.
• Lead detailed scoping in related function areas.
• Align business requirements with Regal Rexnord solution template and

identify GAPs.

• Create functional design document: MD50 (function design) / CV55

(Data conversion).

• Create BR100 for setups.
• Identify data clean-up and work with the business team for data clean-

up.

• Work with business project leaders to plan and execute user training.
• Work with the business and Regal Rexnord security (SOX) team to

define user responsibilities.

• Work with Regal Rexnord technical development resources across

global locations (India, US, etc.)

• Work with the business to build test cases and lead CRP / UAT testing.
• Issue resolution.

Requirements

• At least 7+ Years Oracle EBS (R12) Order Management, Oracle advanced pricing, Oracle configurator ,Oracle quoting ,Shipping modules
• Oracle WMS Implementation experience is preferred .
• At least 5+ Years of experience in leading CRP ,UAT ,SIT sessions .
• Should have played the role of functional lead for at least 3+

Implementation for oracle order management ,advanced pricing

• Should be proficient in Oracle AIM Methodologies and Should be able to

deliver MD50 ,CV55 BR100 documents

• Experience handling customer /Sales order conversion functional

designs .

• Proven ability to provide configuration and analysis support for the Oracle R12(EBS) OM ,Advanced pricing ,Oracle Quoting module with complete understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the Oracle R12(EBS)
• Oracle configurator experience is highly preferred
• Cross functional knowledge and expertise on oracle WIP ,Inventory

,Shipping ,ASCP ,WMS modules

• Experience developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping,

testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing best practice business solutions while meeting multiple deadlines.

• Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow–on

opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.

• Demonstrated proficiency in communicating technical information to

non-technical audience
