Looking for a Ping Identity Developer/Build Engineer

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive solution-building experience with Ping Identity products, focusing on engineering rather than operations. Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using Ping Identity products (PingFederate, PingDaVinci, PingOne, PingCentral, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID Mobile).

Framework Architecture

Architect and build secure and scalable IAM frameworks and solutions tailored to business and technical requirements.

AWS-Based Solutions

Develop and maintain AWS-based IAM solutions to enhance security and scalability.

Security Assessment

Conduct security assessments and audits of IAM systems, identifying and mitigating risks and vulnerabilities.

Documentation

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM solutions, including design documents, configuration guides, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Experience

Minimum of 8+ years in security engineering or related field. At least 3+ years of experience with Ping Identity products. At least 5+ years of experience with cloud services, particularly AWS.

Technical Skills

Development experience with Ping DaVinci and PingFederate. Well-versed with the Ping suite of products. Experience with programming languages (Java preferred).

Certifications

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus.

Preferred Experience

IAM Experience

Experience in IAM within large-scale enterprise environments.

Protocols & Standards

Familiarity with security standards and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.

DevOps Practices

Experience with DevOps practices and tools for automation and CI/CD.

Mandatory Skills

Ping Identity Products

Expertise in PingFederate, Ping DaVinci, and the Ping suite of products.

Desired/Secondary Skills

Onboarding/Operations

Experience in onboarding and operations within Ping products. Domain: Cyber Security

Assignment Duration: 12 months
