Looking for a Senior Associate Consultant - Guiding Care Modules in Chennai

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Associate Consultant with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The role focuses on the Health Edge Guiding Care modules, including Utilization Management (UM), Care Management (CM), and Appeals and Grievances (G&A). The ideal candidate will have expertise in configuring these modules, creating design documents, performing unit testing, and addressing queries from the QA team.

Key Responsibilities

Module Configuration

Configure Health Edge Guiding Care modules: Utilization Management (UM), Care Management (CM), and Appeals and Grievances (G&A). Ensure configurations align with the given requirements and business needs.

Requirement Analysis

Understand and analyze requirements for the UM, CM, and G&A modules. Translate requirements into functional specifications and design documents.

Design and Documentation

Create detailed design documents based on gathered requirements. Ensure all design documentation is clear, comprehensive, and adheres to project standards.

Testing and Validation

Perform unit testing on the configurations implemented in the UM, CM, and G&A modules. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during testing.

QA Support

Clarify questions and provide detailed explanations to the QA team regarding configuration and design elements. Support QA activities to ensure smooth validation and acceptance of the changes.

Qualifications

Education: BE/BTech or equivalent degree. Experience Level: 5+ years of relevant experience in configuration and design within Health Edge Guiding Care modules.

Skills

Proficiency in configuring and understanding Health Edge Guiding Care modules (UM, CM, G&A). Strong ability to create and interpret design documents. Experience in performing unit testing and supporting QA activities.
