Looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Process Management

Mandatory skills

•8+ years of experience in IT systems with at least 5 years of experience working as a Business and Process Analyst in the Telco OSS domain •Good knowledge of BSS / OSS Systems and Solutions (Service Activation, Network Discovery & Reconciliation, Inventory, Service Assurance) •Ability able to create end to end traceability and review test cases, HLD and processes

Desired skills

•Graduate /Diploma in IT or Electronics •Technical certifications – demonstrable experience in Business Analysis / Process Management •Track record of successful process or business improvement work ideally in the telecoms area (can be operational optimizations in a Team-leader or Managers Role) •Ability to use standard techniques to investigate, analyse and document requirements •Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies •Attention to detail, ability to deep dive and get hands dirty •Detailed knowledge of Telecommunications Services (not mobile) and the infrastructure needed to deliver these •Good knowledge of BSS / OSS Systems and Solutions (Service Activation, Network Discovery & Reconciliation, Inventory, Service Assurance) •Proven analytical skills •Good presentation skills •Good Communication skills •Ability able to create end to end traceability and review test cases, HLD and processes
