Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP ISU ABAP Technical Consultant with over 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP OO ABAP, SAP CRM, ODATA, and a thorough understanding of SAP IS-U functional processes. You will be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle implementation and support activities, leveraging Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation and Support

Lead and participate in SAP ISU ABAP technical implementation and support projects. Provide expert support for production incidents, ensuring resolution within SLA timelines.

Technical Development

Develop and maintain applications using SAP OO ABAP, SAP CRM, and ODATA. Utilize OOPS patterns extensively for robust and scalable development.

Functional Expertise

Possess strong functional knowledge of SAP IS-U modules such as Device Management, Billing & Invoicing, and FI-CA. Understand and manage ISU and CRM replication processes.

Process and Methodologies

Apply Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to project work. Manage release management and deployment activities effectively.

Documentation and Quality Assurance

Prepare detailed functional and technical specification documents. Conduct performance analysis and resolve ATC Check and Performance Check Errors.

Middleware and Integration

Work with SAP ISU-CRM middleware for seamless integration. Implement event-based scenarios, build workflow scenarios, and set up deployment environments.

Enhancements and Extensions

Implement automated unit tests and ensure extensive knowledge of system enhancements. Demonstrate proven solutioning and designing capabilities.

Collaboration and Communication

Engage in client interactions with strong communication skills. Adapt to new technologies and cultures, maintaining a focused and positive mindset.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 6+ years of experience in SAP ISU ABAP Technical development. At least 3-4 years of experience in SAP implementation/support projects. Extensive experience with SAP OO ABAP, SAP CRM, and ODATA. Good knowledge of ISU and CRM replication and functional processes. Strong functional knowledge in SAP IS-U modules like Device Management, Billing & Invoicing, and FI-CA. Proven track record in analyzing and resolving production incidents within SLA. Experience with Release Management and Transport Management System in SAP. Expertise in preparing Functional and Technical specification documents. Knowledge of resolving ATC Check and Performance Check Errors. Desirable experience in SAP ISU-CRM middleware.

Other Technical Skills

Extensive use of OOPS patterns. Setup and manage deployment environments. Conduct performance analysis. Implement event-based and workflow scenarios. Develop automated unit tests. Knowledge of system enhancements.
