Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SRE Tech Lead to support our SaaS products and services on AWS. You’ll manage a team of SRE/Operations engineers, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of our cloud infrastructure. You’ll also be responsible for leading automation efforts, managing shift schedules, and ensuring smooth operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of SRE/Operations Engineers for AWS cloud-based SaaS products. Manage AWS infrastructure and ensure optimal uptime and availability. Lead the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) efforts with tools like Terraform and Helm. Work with EKS, ArgoCD, and other tools for cloud-native application deployment and management. Manage the team’s shift schedule to ensure 24x7 coverage for critical systems. Implement monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning for production systems. Drive the automation of operational tasks and improve the efficiency of deployment pipelines.
Must-Have Skills
Proven experience supporting SaaS products and services on AWS. Solid experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, and optionally Ansible. Hands-on experience with EKS, ArgoCD, and cloud-native technologies. Proven experience leading SRE teams and managing shift schedules.
