Roles and Responsibilities

Demonstrated experience in PAM (Privileged Access Management) with a focus on CyberArk. Proven track record of 1-2 implementations of CyberArk Privileged Cloud (up to version 14.3), including PAM and EPM (Endpoint Privilege Management). At least 1 year of experience with CyberArk Remote Access. Provided L2/L3 support for CyberArk Cloud PAM and EPM, including regular application registrations. Experience with major components of CyberArk, including installation and management of PSM (Privileged Session Manager), PVWA (Privileged Vault Web Access), CSP (Cloud Security Platform), Vaults, and Safes.

Mandatory Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills. Extensive experience providing L2/L3 support on CyberArk Cloud PAM and EPM, including regular application registrations. In-depth knowledge of CyberArk tools and components.

Desired/Secondary Skills

Additional experience or certifications related to CyberArk or similar PAM tools.
