Role Overview
We are seeking a CyberArk L2 Support Specialist with expertise in CyberArk support functions. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting CyberArk systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for CyberArk, including account onboarding and safe creation. Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Unix, and SQL accounts/servers. Manage CyberArk PAS components, including EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and EPM. Assist with DR drill activities and CyberArk patching. Understand the Joiner-Mover-Leaver process within IAM. Collaborate with teams to resolve CyberArk implementation and support issues.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of CyberArk support experience. Knowledge of CyberArk PAS (EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM), EPM, PTA, and related tools (Pacli/PUU, DNA Tool). Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure SSO/MFA, and scripting.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Organized, self-motivated, and a fast learner. Passionate about cloud security and automation. Good communication and teamwork skills.
