Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and execute various digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and increase conversions. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, etc.). Work with the team to set measurable goals, timelines, and budgets for each campaign.
Content & Social Media Management
Create and curate engaging content for various digital platforms (website, blogs, social media, email newsletters). Manage the company's social media presence, including content planning, posting schedules, and engagement tracking.
SEO & SEM
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including budgeting, keyword selection, and ad copy optimization.
Email Marketing
Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and track performance metrics.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems. Generate regular reports and insights to assess the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to align digital marketing efforts with business goals. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when needed to enhance campaign performance.
