Job Description

We are looking for a skilled GMI L3 Support Specialist to join our team at a leading investment bank. This role focuses on the support and maintenance of the GMI application, which is crucial for the bank's operations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with AS/400 systems and be capable of providing high-level technical support.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support: Provide Level 3 support for the GMI application (vendor: FIS) used by the investment bank. User Support: Address and resolve user issues related to the GMI application. Maintenance: Perform ongoing maintenance and support tasks to ensure the application operates smoothly. Technical Expertise: Utilize your AS/400 technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Training: Participate in domain-specific training provided post-onboarding to enhance understanding of Capital Markets.

Mandatory Skills

AS/400 Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience with AS/400 systems.

Desired Skills

Capital Markets Experience: Familiarity with capital markets is advantageous.
