Job Summary

Seeking a skilled HCM ABAP Consultant with expertise in ABAP development for SAP HCM modules within the SAP S/4HANA environment. The consultant will design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP solutions to support HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement ABAP solutions specific to SAP HCM modules. Collaborate with HR functional consultants to gather business requirements and create technical specifications. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize ABAP programs. Document ABAP programs, including technical specifications, test scripts, and user guides. Customize SAP HCM functionalities like PA, OM, Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY). Support and maintain existing ABAP customizations. Ensure adherence to coding standards and conduct ATC checks to ensure code quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in ABAP development, with a focus on SAP HCM modules. Proficiency in ABAP programming (RICEFW objects) and strong knowledge of HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, PY). Experience with Object-Oriented ABAP and SAP S/4HANA. Familiarity with ATC (ABAP Test Cockpit) for code quality compliance. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
