Role Overview

We are seeking an Infrastructure Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure. The candidate will lead security architecture initiatives focusing on authentication, authorization, encryption, and auditing.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work across a diverse IT customer base. Develop and refine service strategy in coordination with management. Analyze end-user issues, escalating patterns to the 3rd level support team. Support technical research and root cause analysis for issue resolution. Enhance the internal Knowledge Base by creating SOPs, Knowledge articles, HLD, LLD, RACI, RISK Matrix, and Test scenarios.

Required Qualifications

4-10 years of experience in Infrastructure Security. Proficiency with Firewall (FW), Azure, Zscaler, ISE, and ExtraHop. Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech or MCA. Experience with SIEM, firewalls, unified threat management systems, and intrusion detection/prevention.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a global delivery environment.
