Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an Infrastructure Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the implementation and improvement of security processes and procedures for our IT infrastructure and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and test new processes to enhance IT security and robustness. Provide technical expertise on information security policies and standards. Perform security hardening across IT Security Infrastructure platforms. Remediate security incidents by coordinating with cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational objectives. Create reports, dashboards, and metrics for IT Infrastructure Security Operations. Establish and maintain operational SOPs. Conduct regular reviews with asset owners and senior leadership on compliance with InfoSec policies. Provide escalation support on critical security issues. Lead change, incident, and problem management for IT Infrastructure Security. Manage asset tracking and vendor relationships. Stay updated on the threat landscape and emerging vulnerabilities. Coordinate patch management for IT assets.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech). 5-10 years of experience in IT Security, focusing on Infrastructure Security Solutions. Strong expertise in SEP, Zscaler, Firewall, ExtraHop, and ISE. In-depth knowledge of security operations, threat vectors, and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong client and vendor management experience. Ability to lead teams and manage critical security incidents effectively.
