Roles and Responsibilities

Kenan/Postpaid Billing System: Strong working knowledge of Kenan/Postpaid Billing, including CDR (Call Detail Record) flow, Rating Flow, bill generation, payments, collections, and journaling. Kenan Configuration: Proficiency in Kenan billing system configurations. Operational Tasks: Knowledge of Kenan operational tasks and core processes. System Development Lifecycle: Understanding of the SDLC and how it applies to billing systems. Batch Jobs Performance: Proactively optimizing billing batch jobs to improve performance and minimize incidents.

Unix & SQL: Hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL, and relational databases. Incident & Request Handling: Handling incidents and service requests within SLA timeframes to minimize customer impact.

Vendor Coordination: Coordinating with various teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Monitoring & Alerts: Implementing appropriate monitoring and alerting systems for proactive management. Problem Management: Identifying root causes and implementing permanent fixes. System Maintenance: Performing system health checks, reboots, and ensuring optimal system performance. Service Improvement: Contributing to service improvement plans.

Mandatory Skills
