Looking for Kenan/Postpaid Billing System Specialist in India

Roles and Responsibilities

Expertise in Kenan/Postpaid Billing System with a strong understanding of the Billing Domain for postpaid services, including CDR flow, rating flow, bill generation, payments & collections, and journaling. Skilled in Kenan configuration and managing core Kenan operational tasks. Proficiency in systems development lifecycle, especially for monitoring, scheduling, and executing recurring tasks and operations. Proactively work to minimize production issues and enhance the performance of billing batch jobs, reducing recurring incidents and improving batch job timeliness. Strong hands-on skills in UNIX and a good command of SQL and relational databases. Efficient in Incident & Service Request Handling and coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors. Resolving escalated business queries/issues within SLA timeframes to minimize customer impact. Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting capabilities for proactive systems management. Conduct problem management to establish permanent fixes for recurring issues. Regularly perform preventative maintenance like system reboots and health checks to ensure optimal system performance. Support Service Improvement Plans to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
