Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities)

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

SAP Retail & S/4 Fashion Experience: Must have at least 8+ years of experience in SAP Retail and S4 Fashion. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal and external partners to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP Retail and SAP MM modules to meet business needs, ensuring adherence to best practices. End-to-End Solutions: Design and implement solutions in areas like Stock Transport Orders (Inter/Intra-Company), inventory management, and pricing. IDOC Experience: Work with various retail IDOCs such as WPUBON, WPUUMS, and WPUWBW. Integration Experience: Integrate with POS systems (preferably XSTORE), ECOM Order Management (Manhattan OMS), and third-party logistics providers. SAP Integration: Strong knowledge in MM-FI and MM-SD integrations. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and stakeholders, for successful project delivery. Testing & Support: Provide support during testing and post-go-live phases. Industry Awareness: Stay updated with SAP Retail functionalities, industry trends, and recommend system enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: At least 7 years of hands-on SAP Retail and SAP MM implementation experience. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge in SAP Retail and SAP MM modules, configuration, customization, and integration.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of retail industry processes and best practices. S/4HANA & Fiori: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot production issues and resolve them.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Independent Work: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

SAP Certifications: SAP certifications in Retail and MM are highly desirable.
