There is currently no application support coverage for our internally-developed applications - CLAUT, CMAPI and CMP. The role is required for all change management, application deployments, BCP support, privileged access that our developers cannot be given etc.
Required fundamental skills: Agile and Product Backlog, Infrastructure as Code, Scripting/Infra Automation, CICD, Alerting and Monitoring, Enterprise Incident and Change Management
Role and responsibilities: C-APPS application support
Required cloud foundational skills: Platform Knowledge (TAS/TKGI), Monitoring and Logging
Additional skills required: Application Reliability: Reliability Engineering, Software Development
