Looking for Process Writer - Telco & ISO 27001 Specialist in Bangalore/Mysore

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Process Writers with expertise in the Telco segment and ISO 27001 certification requirements. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in developing processes for large delivery organizations and a deep understanding of security controls frameworks. This role requires a focus on various organizational processes, including Networking, Operations, Digital Workplace, Finance, and Delivery Management.

Key Responsibilities

Process Documentation

Develop, document, and maintain processes for large delivery organizations in the Telco sector. Ensure processes are aligned with industry standards and best practices.

ISO 27001 Expertise

Apply excellent knowledge of ISO 27001 certification requirements and security controls frameworks to process development. Ensure all documented processes comply with ISO 27001 standards.

Organizational Process Writing

Write and refine processes for different types of organizations, including Networking, Operations, Digital Workplace, Finance, and Delivery Management.

Audit and Implementation Knowledge

Contribute to or support auditing or implementation projects related to ISO standardization (experience is a plus).

Mandatory Skills

Experience in writing processes for large delivery organizations in the Telco segment. Excellent knowledge of ISO 27001 certification requirements and security controls framework. Experience with Digital Workplace (DWP), Network, and Cloud environments. ISO 27001 Certification Experience.

Desired/Secondary Skills

Experience or knowledge in auditing or implementation projects for ISO standardization.

Qualifications

Total Years of Experience: 5-8 Years Relevant Years of Experience: Minimum 5 Years Education: Relevant degree or professional certification in Information Security or related fields.
