Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities)
7-10+ years of experience in SAP ABAP HR programming and object-oriented programming. Proficient in developing object-oriented and classical programs in ABAP, including: Reports, Smartforms/SAP Scripts, Webdynpro, and IDOC Processing. Expertise in technical development areas, with basic functional knowledge in modules such as PY (Payroll), PA (Personnel Administration), PD (Personnel Development), OM (Organizational Management), BN (Benefits), and TM (Time Management).
Experience with
SAP Query/InfoSet Query (Ad-Hoc Query), ALV (ABAP List Viewer), Logical Databases (LDB), Batch Data Communication (BDC – both synchronous and asynchronous methods), LSMW. Modifying and troubleshooting interfaces using ALE/IDOC, Flat Files, RFC, and BAPI.
Hands-on experience with
PU12 (interface toolbox), ADOBE Interactive Forms, Function Modules, RFCs, Dialog Programming, User Exits, BADIs, CATS (Cross Application Time Sheets), ESS (Employee Self-Service), MSS (Manager Self-Service), Dynamic Actions, creating Infotypes, and Report Classes.
Proficiency in SAP enhancement technologies
Classical enhancements, BADI, BTE, and the new enhancement framework.
Knowledge and experience in
SAP enhancement pack/upgrade implementation, SPAU/SPDD resolution, and year-end service packs for payroll. Exposure to SAP Fiori, OData, APIs, and UI5 programming. Working knowledge of SAP CPI (HCI) for SAP and SuccessFactors integrations and interfaces. Basic understanding of Unix commands and crypto processes in Linux environments. Proficient in working with tools like Control-M, Remedy, ServiceNow, and Jira. Comfortable with Agile project methodologies and managing technical objects end to end. Strong communication and analytical skills.
