Looking for SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant in Hyderabad

Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP Marketing Cloud Consultant with substantial experience in SAP Marketing Cloud, including system configuration, implementation, integration, and support activities. The role requires a strong background in SAP Marketing Cloud and prior CRM experience, with the ability to conduct presentations, manage campaigns, and handle integration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

System Configuration: Perform hands-on system configuration and setup in SAP Marketing Cloud. Implementation & Integration: Plan, execute, and support SAP Marketing Cloud implementation and integration activities with other SAP and non-SAP applications. Presentations & Workshops: Create and deliver presentations, workshops, and demos on system functionality to clients. Enhancements: Manage and implement enhancements within SAP Marketing Cloud. Integration Tasks: Handle integration tasks with SAP Cloud and non-SAP applications, including working with APIs and building custom OData services. Customer Profiling & Segmentation: Implement dynamic customer profiling, segmentation, and campaign management. Content & Resource Management: Oversee content management, marketing resource management, and marketing lead management. Analytics: Conduct in-depth marketing analytics and manage data uploads. Administration & Extensibility: Perform administration tasks and manage extensibility and adaptation within SAP Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications

Experience

4-6 years of experience with SAP Marketing Cloud, with 1-2 years of implementation experience preferred. Prior experience with On-Prem CRM Service is preferred.

Certifications

SAP Marketing Cloud certification is preferred.

Skills

Strong experience with system configuration, integration tasks, and API management. Hands-on experience with dynamic customer profiling, segmentation, campaign management, and content management. Proficient in marketing analytics, data uploads, and marketing lead management. Experience with OData/Standard APIs and custom OData services.

Soft Skills

Good English language skills (oral and written).
