Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities)
10+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS), with at least 8+ years of expertise in SAP CS Warranty.
Proficient in
Service Notifications, Service Orders, Debit Memo Requests & Debit Memo processes. Advance shipment and billing processes, DIP profile configuration, and partner functions with configurations. Time sheet entry and confirmations using CATS. Maintenance plan setup and scheduling, Service Order Settlement. Returns and repair processes, and IDoc processing. Involved in at least two end-to-end SAP CS implementations. Experience with industry-specific solutions is a strong advantage. Certification in S/4HANA is mandatory. Strong experience in customer-facing roles. Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
