Role and Responsibilities

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with

Service Notifications, Service Orders, and related processes. Debit Memo Request, Debit Memo, Advanced Shipment, and Billing Processes. DIP Profile Configuration and Partner Functions (including configurations). Time sheet entry and confirmations through CATS. Maintenance Plan Scheduling and Service Order Settlement. Returns and Repair Process. IDoc Processing. Must have completed at least 2 end-to-end implementations. Experience with industry-specific solutions is a plus. Certification in S4HANA is mandatory. Strong communication, analytical skills, and presentation abilities are required for client-facing roles.
