Detailed Job Description

Enhancements Delivery: Lead and deliver enhancements related to EC/EC Time Off, including: Providing thought leadership to deliver best practices and solutions for business requirements. Analyzing business requirements and estimating enhancement needs. Designing conceptual and detailed solutions to meet business needs. Configuring SAP as needed. Creating specifications for custom program development. Testing developed solutions. Coordinating with teams to support deployment. Mentoring team members to ensure successful delivery. Coordinating with teams across multiple geographies for efficient delivery. Triage customer incidents and service requests. Analyzing and resolving user issues, including configuration, data updates, and workarounds. Managing recurring incidents and identifying improvement ideas. Following ITIL processes to support business needs according to agreed SLAs.

Mandatory Skills

Experience with SuccessFactors EC Time Off and EC.

Proficiency in SuccessFactors EC Time Off and EC.
