Role Overview
As an SAP SuccessFactors Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, and Compensation. You will provide L2 and L3 operational support, lead a team of analysts, and drive continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Your expertise in SAP HCM processes and their integration with SuccessFactors will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
SAP SuccessFactors Modules
Manage and optimize modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals (PMGM), Recruitment, and Compensation. Configure and support MDF (Meta Data Framework) and business rules.
SAP HCM Integration
Understand and manage the integration between SAP HCM processes and SuccessFactors.
Performance Optimization
Analyze and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions for improved performance and efficiency.
Issue Resolution
Resolve complex issues and debug configurations and integrations within SAP SuccessFactors.
Operational Support
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 operational support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring high availability and performance.
Team Leadership
Coordinate and lead a team of analysts, guiding them through technical challenges and ensuring effective support.
Technical Design and Implementation
Support the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Continuous Improvement
Drive modernization and improvement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions through ongoing enhancements and best practices.
Communication
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable solutions.
Qualifications
Experience
6 - 8 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, and Compensation.
Technical Skills
Proficient in SAP HCM processes and their integration with SuccessFactors. Expertise in MDF configuration and business rules. Strong skills in analyzing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Support and Leadership
Proven ability to provide L2 and L3 support and lead a team of analysts effectively.
Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
HR Knowledge
Good understanding of core HR processes and standard practices within an international context.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors. Experience with additional SAP modules or related technologies.
