Looking for Senior ArcGIS Enterprise Administrator in India

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ArcGIS Enterprise Administrator to manage and optimize our ArcGIS Enterprise platform. The ideal candidate will have 12-14 years of relevant experience with a deep understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise configuration, administration, and customization. The role includes managing platform performance, ensuring security compliance, and providing support and training to end-users.

Key Responsibilities

ArcGIS Enterprise Configuration and Administration:

Configure and administer ArcGIS Enterprise environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Manage all aspects of ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes, including installation, configuration, and ongoing administration.

System Monitoring and Maintenance

Implement and manage ArcGIS Monitor and integrate it with other monitoring tools such as Splunk and Sumologic. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and system backups.

User Support and Training

Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and offer guidance on best practices for utilizing ArcGIS Enterprise. Conduct training sessions and develop materials to improve user competency.

Security and Compliance

Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Monitor access controls, authentication mechanisms, and data encryption protocols.

Performance Optimization

Evaluate system performance, scalability, and capacity to identify opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and streamline workflows for improved efficiency.

Integration and Customization

Integrate ArcGIS Enterprise with other systems and applications to facilitate data exchange and workflow automation. Develop custom widgets and enhancements using ArcGIS JavaScript API, Web App Builder, and Experience Builder.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing

Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Share knowledge and expertise with team members and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

Extensive experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Server. Proficiency in ArcGIS Monitor and ArcGIS Pro. Prior development experience with ArcGIS JavaScript API, custom widgets, Web App Builder, and Experience Builder.

Desired/Secondary Skills

Familiarity with FME (Feature Manipulation Engine).
