Looking for Senior SAP ABAP Developer in Hyderabad / Pune

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in application development using ABAP/4, SAPUI5, and related technologies. The role requires strong skills in procedural and object-oriented programming, as well as experience with SAP Fiori applications and ODATA services. The candidate should be proficient in debugging, performance tuning, and system monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

Utilize ABAP/4 for application development, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Develop and enhance SAPUI5 applications, leveraging HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ODATA, JSON, and XML.

SAPUI5 Framework

Demonstrate deep understanding of SAPUI5 framework and libraries. Configure and extend SAP Fiori applications as needed.

Development Environment

Use BAS, Visual Studio, or Eclipse as development environments for efficient coding and debugging. Develop and consume ODATA services for SAP integrations.

ABAP Development

Apply recent development experience in SAP FI/CO, GL (New GL), and AM. Research, recommend, and develop user exits, BADIs, BTEs, Enhancement Points, and utilize the Switch Framework.

FRICEW Objects

Handle extensive FRICEW (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows) objects. Perform thorough debugging, performance tuning, runtime analysis, and system monitoring.

Mandatory Skills

Recent development experience in SAP FI/CO, GL (New GL), and AM. Expertise in user exits, BADIs, BTEs, Enhancement Points, and Switch Framework. Extensive experience with FRICEW objects. Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, runtime analysis, and system monitoring.

Desired/Secondary Skills

SAP Performance Tuning, ATC (ABAP Test Cockpit), CVA (Code Vulnerability Analysis), RAL (Read Access Logging). Experience with the New ABAP Eclipse tool for development. Hands-on experience in SAP BW, S/4 HANA, and SAP Solution Manager. Experience with International Tax Solution Development/Reporting/Forms. Knowledge of SAP Data Archiving.
