Looking for Senior SAP MDG Functional Consultant in Offshore (Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai)

Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced SAP MDG Functional Consultant with extensive experience in configuring master data systems and working in international environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP MDG, demonstrated project management skills, and the ability to work closely with business managers to optimize processes and manage data conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration: Configure master data in the SAP system, utilizing concepts from the current Central Finance system. Workshops & Demos: Prepare and configure the environment for workshops and demonstrations. Cross-Workstream Coordination: Work across various workstreams to understand impacts and propose improvements. Data Conversion: Assist with data conversions from legacy systems to SAP S4. Project Experience: Leverage 10 years of experience as an SAP MDG consultant, including four completed implementation projects in international settings. Team Management: Manage team operations, including site business managers and subcontractors. Analytical Skills: Apply strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills to quickly understand new tasks and business processes. Communication: Provide excellent communication and documentation at the CxO level, manage service delivery organizations, and monitor service level agreements. Sales Potential: Identify additional sales opportunities with clients and generate further change requests. ITIL Standards: Experience with ITIL standards and ideally, certification.

Qualifications

Experience

Minimum of 14 years of total experience with at least 12 years specifically in SAP MDG. Proven experience in managing international projects and working with site business managers.

Skills

Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work in extended hours support environments. Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.

Certifications

SAP Certification is advantageous. ITIL certification is ideal.

Domain Expertise: Experience in SAP within the Pharma or Retail sectors is preferred.

Shift Requirements: There may be a 3 to 4-hour overlap with US timings to accommodate client needs.
