Key Responsibilities

Understanding Key Domains

Develop expertise in cybersecurity governance risk and compliance, security operations, data privacy, and enterprise risk management processes at IMF.

Workshops & Stakeholder Engagement

Conduct workshops with multiple stakeholder functions (cybersecurity, data privacy, architecture, etc.) to identify current pain points and design improved processes. Deliverables include business, functional, and technical requirements, as well as documented process flows for a streamlined model.

Data Access Model Design

Review, analyze, and design a common data access model for GRC, SecOps, data privacy, and enterprise risk management.

Collaboration & Implementation

Collaborate with developers, testers, and platform teams to ensure the accurate implementation of technical requirements. Work with subject matter experts to develop technical solution requirements and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog management.

Mandatory Skills

Experience in designing data access models for cybersecurity, GRC, SecOps, data privacy, and enterprise risk management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for technical implementation. Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, data privacy, and risk management.

Desired Skills

Product backlog management in coordination with the project manager. Review and approval of design artifacts with relevant stakeholders. Alignment of design with business needs and solution requirements.
