Looking for Software Engineer – Health Tech

Our current project focuses on developing a state-of-the-art Health Tech platform designed to streamline patient care, improve diagnostic accuracy, and enhance doctor-patient interactions. This initiative will leverage AI-driven analytics, secure telehealth solutions, and seamless integrations with medical devices to set a new standard in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Development: Build and optimize scalable, secure, and user-centric healthcare solutions. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including healthcare specialists, data scientists, and product managers, to align technical goals with patient care needs. Compliance: Ensure all software adheres to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and industry standards like HL7 and FHIR. Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with EHR/EMR systems, IoT medical devices, and AI diagnostic models. Testing: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure software reliability, data integrity, and secure handling of sensitive medical information. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for compliance, development workflows, and cross-team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Languages and Frameworks: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Django. Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for secure data management. Version Control: Experience with Git and platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket. Security Mindset: Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices, especially for healthcare data. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges.
