Responsibilities

Production Support Expertise

SQL and Java Development

Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and Java code for production systems. Perform routine checks and health monitoring of production applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes.

Incident Management

Act as the first point of escalation for production issues. Manage the resolution of critical incidents within SLA. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Communication Skills

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to communicate incident status and progress. Prepare reports and documentation for incident resolution and system updates.
