Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Statistica Expert with 2-6 years of experience in the Statistica application. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering business requirements related to Statistica workflows, while also supporting troubleshooting, data management, and application deployment tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Management: Design, develop, test, document, and deliver business requirements related to Statistica workflows. Statistica Knowledge: Utilize expertise in Statistica Workspaces, Data Configurations, Analysis Configurations, Oracle Databases, and Windows architecture. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues within existing Statistica workflows. Data Management: Assemble and manage large and complex data sets to meet business requirements. Build and optimize data pipelines, architectures, and data sets. Big Data Experience: Work with Big Data technologies such as MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Oozie, Kafka, and various NoSQL databases. Scripting: Perform Unix/Linux shell scripting for data management and process automation. Distributed Computing: Handle large data sets in distributed computing environments for massive parallel processing, contributing to analytics pipeline development. Application Management: Oversee application deployment, upgrades, enhancements, and hotfix implementations. ITSM Services: Deliver ITSM services including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change, and Release Management. Project Management: Manage new implementations and upgrades from requirements gathering through to final delivery. Data Interfaces: Understand and work with various data interfaces such as OSI PI, MES, SAP, and LIMS systems. Process Improvement: Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements. Requirements Management: Review and clarify business requirements, create and document technical designs, and align with stakeholders. Service Delivery: Deliver and maintain services adhering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Shift Work: Available to work on a shift basis.

Skills Required

Statistica Expertise: 2-6 years of experience with the Statistica application.

Big Data Technologies: Experience with MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Oozie, Kafka, and NoSQL databases. Scripting Skills: Proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting. Data Handling: Experience with large data sets and distributed computing. Application Management: Experience in application deployment, upgrades, and ITSM services. Communication: Strong ability to articulate and document business and technical requirements.

Additional Requirements

Hybrid Mode: Candidate must work at the client’s premises in Hyderabad 3 days a week. Business Acumen: Strong business understanding with a developer mindset.
