Proven Experience: Minimum of 7years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Proficient in Design Tools: Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
Understanding of Front-End Development: Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) to effectively communicate with developers.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically. Adept at finding elegant design solutions within project constraints.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
