Looking IAM Architect - Azure AD B2C in Bangalore

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect with a strong background in Azure AD B2C to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, including designing and implementing IAM solutions, and working with monitoring frameworks. This role requires a deep understanding of security practices, IAM processes, and the ability to integrate and configure various systems to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

IAM Solutions Design: Develop and deploy IAM strategies, architectures, and solutions tailored to meet customer needs and compliance requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define and establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) for IAM systems and services. Monitoring and Optimization: Deploy and manage monitoring tools to track IAM performance, availability, and security metrics. Evaluate and optimize IAM processes and systems to improve efficiency and user experience. Integration and Configuration: Integrate and configure connectors for application integration. Configure roles, policies, and certifications to ensure governance compliance. Script Automation: Write scripts (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate IAM processes, streamline operations, and enhance scalability. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to internal teams on IAM best practices, processes, and tools. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with security, IT operations, and application teams to ensure seamless interactions with IAM solutions.

Technical Experience

Azure AD B2C: Design and implementation experience with Azure AD B2C. IAM Technologies: In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD B2C, Federation services & protocols, Directory services, etc. Identity Governance: Familiarity with identity governance and administration (IGA) processes and tools for managing user access, entitlements, and roles.

Monitoring Tools: Experience with SLO and SLI frameworks using tools like Dynatrace, Nobl9, or similar monitoring platforms.

Security Practices: Strong understanding of security best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to IAM.

Scripting Skills: Ability to write scripts (Python, PowerShell) for automating IAM processes.
