Mobile Device Management Lead in India

Responsibilities

Lead mobile device management using Intune and Autopilot. Assess existing mobile management solutions and OS deployment. Create OS images and package applications for Windows 10 support. Design and implement BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) strategies using Microsoft Intune. Develop and execute a migration strategy and plan. Provide post-migration support and manage communication with customers. Lead and coordinate an offshore team for migration tasks. Generate weekly migration status reports. Perform problem definition, diagnostic assessments, and recommend solutions. Engage in product/solution development with strong analytical skills.
