Need a Finance Resource in Canada

Project background: Migrate from current AS400 systems to a singular, global instance of Oracle ERP – version 12.1.3. This migration encompasses one primary warehouse, a smaller secondary warehouse, one repair center, and two sales offices. The goal is to create a more unified and efficient system that will better support our company's needs. Please note that Oracle Warehouse Management is not required as part of this project.

Job overview: Oracle Finance Consultant with a strong sense of urgency and ownership to join our team. The selected individual will collaborate closely with the RRX solution architect

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Regal Rexnord Oracle function architect.
• Lead detailed scoping in related function areas.
• Align business requirements with Regal Rexnord solution template and

identify GAPs.

• Create functional design document: MD50 (function design) / CV55

(Data conversion).

• Create BR100 for setups.
• Identify data clean-up and work with the business team for data clean-

up.

• Work with business project leaders to plan and execute user training.
• Work with the business and Regal Rexnord security (SOX) team to define user responsibilities.
• Work with Regal Rexnord technical development resources across global locations (India, US, etc.)
• Work with the business to build test cases and lead CRP / UAT testing.
• Issue resolution.

Requirements

• Must have completed two full life cycle implementations of core financial modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/Inv/Costing/CM/Advance Collection) on multi-Org, multi-currency setup in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have experience Configuring Oracle Financial Modules.
• Must have data conversion experience from Oracle EBS to Oracle EBS or

legacy system to Oracle EBS. Additionally, must thoroughly understand and be able to complete Financial System Reconciliation for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory.

• Nice to have experience configuring Oracle EBTax in Oracle EBS 12.1.3.
• Must have experience facilitating Requirements Gathering, Conference

Room Pilot (CRPs), UAT Sessions and etc. independently.

• Must have hands-on end to end process experience in Order to Cash,

Manufacturing and Procure to Pay. Additionally, must thoroughly understand all accounting transactions related to each process flow.

• Experience driving functional and technical designs towards simple, sustainable, and reusable solution is required.
• Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Strong documentation experience is required such as process narrative document which includes As-Is and To-Be. Identifying and categorizing business requirements into Map (fit into the existing process) and Gap (require customization) etc. Must have experience preparing the MD50 and CV55 detail design and data conversion documents, respectively.

• Experience working for Manufacturing Clients is a big Plus.
• Working experience with offshore and on-site teams will be an added
