Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

Overview

We are hiring a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with 8+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and proven execution of at least 2 end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud implementations. The candidate must have hands-on architecture and delivery experience across all phases of Data Cloud projects including ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud implementations

-Design architecture for

-Data Streams & ingestion -Data Model Objects (DMOs) -Identity Resolution -Calculated Insights & Segmentation -Activation to Sales / Service / Marketing Cloud -Define data harmonization, governance, and privacy strategy -Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce and external systems (APIs / middleware) -Guide technical teams through build, UAT, and go-live

Who You Are

-8+ years of Salesforce experience -Minimum 2 full lifecycle Salesforce Data Cloud project implementations -Strong expertise in Data Cloud configuration and architecture -Experience with integrations and data transformation -Good understanding of data governance and compliance -Experience with Marketing Cloud / CDP (Preferred) -MuleSoft or integration platform exposure (Preferred) -Salesforce Data Cloud certification (Preferred)
