Software Tester (Remote – India)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Tester to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating software applications, identifying bugs, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with developers to deliver high-performance solutions.

You will play a key role in maintaining product standards, improving user experience, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze system specifications and requirements Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts Perform manual and/or automated testing of web and mobile applications Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues Validate fixes and perform re-testing Ensure software meets quality standards and business requirements Prepare detailed test reports and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 2+ years of experience in Software Testing or QA Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC Experience with manual testing and test case design Knowledge of bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.) Basic understanding of SQL and database testing Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology Understanding of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)

Experience in CI/CD pipelines
