8-10 Years of relevant experience in D365 CRM and Power Platform as a Data Architect.

Roles and Responsibilities

D365 CRM Architecture & Design

Hands-on experience and deep understanding of D365 CRM Architecture and Design. Understanding the Dataverse and its role in D365, with a focus on CRM Sales functionalities.

Data Migration & ETL

Experience in data migration, including data import/export and data processing. Expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) to develop and implement packages. Data cleansing and transformation for smooth data migration. Data mapping between source and destination systems.

Coordination & Team Management

Able to handle a team of data engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams working on design, development, and data migration. Ability to draft the data conversion plan and align with customers’ timelines. Act as a liaison between the Development teams and Data Migration teams.

Business Requirements & Analysis

Collecting and analyzing business requirements related to data architecture and migration. Analyzing legacy data systems and determining how to migrate and transform that data.

Project Management

Involved in planning, designing, and mapping discussions. Scheduling and coordinating job-related meetings for the migration process.

Technical Requirements & Troubleshooting

Handling discussions around data migration, design specs, data extraction, debugging, testing, and ensuring compliance with the customer's development methodologies. Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and work toward resolutions.

Skills

Mandatory Skills

D365 CRM Modules: Deep knowledge of CRM modules, particularly Sales functionalities. Data Migration Expertise: Experience with data migration tools like SSIS packages. Data Mapping & Migration: Strong expertise in mapping data between systems and working with ETL processes. Data Management Tools: Knowledge of SSIS for ETL tasks and understanding of data import/export procedures.

Good-to-Have Skills

D365 Architecture & Dataverse: Familiarity with D365 architecture, Dataverse, and related tools for better data management. Experience with KingswaySoft: Familiarity with KingswaySoft, a data integration tool often used for D365 CRM and SSIS.
