Urgently looking for Cyber Security Analyst (Remote)

We are hiring a Cyber Security Analyst to work remotely on a project focused on securing cloud infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing cybersecurity best practices. The project includes penetration testing, security audits, and implementing threat detection solutions for a fintech and healthcare company.

You will work closely with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with industry security standards while mitigating risks related to cyberattacks, data breaches, and unauthorized access.

Project Details

Fintech Security Enhancement

Goal: Implement real-time threat detection for financial transactions. Tech Stack: Splunk, AWS GuardDuty, SIEM, IDS/IPS. Outcome: Reduced security breaches by 45% through enhanced monitoring. Healthcare Data Protection

Goal: Secure patient data storage and prevent unauthorized access. Tech Stack: Azure Security Center, MFA, SSL Encryption. Outcome: Achieved HIPAA compliance and improved data security. Penetration Testing for E-Commerce Client

Goal: Identify and patch vulnerabilities in an e-commerce platform. Tech Stack: Metasploit, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP. Outcome: Strengthened security, preventing potential cyberattacks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: 3–6 years in cybersecurity, penetration testing, and threat intelligence. Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, IBM QRadar, ELK Stack). Strong knowledge of firewall configurations, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and cloud security. Experience in ethical hacking, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments. Hands-on experience with OWASP, NIST, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance. Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
