We're Hiring: Senior Active Directory / DFS Specialist – Delivery Center in India

Bizoforce is looking for experienced professionals with 10+ years of expertise in Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Distributed File System (DFS) to support enterprise-level Windows File Share Services. This role involves the design, deployment, and day-to-day management of secure and scalable file-sharing environments for a confidential client.

You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and compliance by implementing best practices around file system access, replication, and Active Directory configurations.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft DFS, including namespace configuration and replication

Expertise in Active Directory (AD) structure, OU management, and GPOs

Deep understanding of NTFS permissions, file system security, and access control models

Proficient in administering and troubleshooting Windows File Share Services in enterprise environments

Ability to resolve complex DFS-related issues such as replication failures and namespace inconsistencies

Familiarity with managed folders, file server auditing, and file classification infrastructure

Experience in capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery strategies

Ability to document system architectures, configurations, and operational procedures

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across infrastructure, network, and security teams
