Required Skills

8–12 years of experience in Linux / AIX system engineering and technical leadership.

Deep knowledge of IBM P-series hardware, firmware, AIX OS, and HMCs.

Advanced scripting and automation (Bash, Python, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).

Experience in capacity planning, performance tuning, system upgrades, and hardware replacement.

Strong collaboration with storage, database, network, and application teams.

Document system changes and troubleshoot cross-functional issues.

US Citizenship required (ITAR-compliant environment).
